This non-leveling, non-sag lap sealant is designed for use on skylights, TV antennas, and other applications where a non-leveling sealant is desired.

It is a flexible compound designed for sealing EPDM rubber, TPO, fiberglass, wood, aluminum, steel, or masonry, which may be painted over after outer skin has formed.

Helps create a watertight seal along a roof’s edges, air vents, vent pipes and screw heads. Dicor Products Lap Sealant is a versatile sealant formulated for EPDM roofing but also compatible with most other roofing material, including Dicor DiFlex II and BriTEK TPO roofing. It offers excellent adhesion to aluminum, mortar, wood, vinyl, galvanized metal and concrete.
